**About the role**:
Based at our Riverview Office in Ipswich and reporting to the Documentation Manager, you will perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Shipping & Documentation team as required. The Administration Assistant is accountable for the provision of high-quality advice, information and customer service to all internal and external clients. **Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
- Ensuring all administration duties within the Shipping & Documentation department is processed accurately and timely
- Timely completion of office filing and general administrative duties
- Liaison with a number of key internal departments
- Answering general enquires from employees, Supervisors, Managers
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when directed.
- Assist compilers with documentation when time permits
- Despatching of invoices in food trader and filing of completed documents under compilers

- Demonstrated computer literacy in excel, word and outlook
- Responds calmly in difficult situations maintaining a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional ability to prioritise and multi-skill
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
