The Club is currently seeking a Duty Manager(Full Time)
The right people for these roles will possess the following:
• An outgoing and friendly disposition
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a strong customer focus
• Sound knowledge of Gaming, Bar, TAB and Keno operations
• Cocktail Bar experience - highly desirable
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills with a professional presentation and manner
• Cash handling experience
• Strong team leadership skills
• Understanding of Work Health and Safety
• RSA, RCG Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a similar management role within the Hospitality/Club Industry
• The ability to ensure that all areas of the Club are running efficiently and effectively
• The ability to lead by example and provide staff training and coaching when required
• A solid understanding of all compliance requirements
• Ability to learn the club's plan of management
• The desire to develop and contribute ideas for better efficiencies on shift.
All roles require the flexibility to work a rotating roster including days, nights and some weekends.
