Operations & Finance Analyst – Property & Hospitality Group
We are seeking a highly organised and capable Operations & Finance Manager to work directly with the founder of a growing property and hospitality group based in Perth.
The business operates multiple accommodation venues and commercial properties and is currently implementing new systems to support future growth. This role will help organise financial structures, operational processes and reporting across several businesses.
You will work closely with the owner to bring structure and clarity to financial data, operational systems and internal processes. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and building systems that help businesses operate efficiently.
Initially the role will involve working alongside the founder in East Perth to understand the businesses and implement improvements. Over time the role may transition to a flexible hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities include:
* Organising financial systems across multiple entities using Xero
* Supporting BAS preparation and financial reporting
* Analysing booking and revenue data from accommodation systems
* Implementing operational systems across multiple venues
* Creating dashboards and reporting to track business performance
* Coordinating with accountants, contractors and venue managers
* Improving documentation and internal business processes
* Assisting with business structure, financial organisation and operational planning
