**The Role**
The Return to Work Coordinator & HR Advisor is the first point of contact for any workers compensation and non-work related injury/illness (NWRII) related matters. The role manages end to end injury management activities, whilst providing support to the Senior HR Business Partner in managing wellbeing and HR matters.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in the early stages of workers compensation claims. You will provide expert advice in all matters related to injury management, whilst supporting and guiding key stakeholders to strengthen their understanding of workers compensation and non-work related injury/illness processes. As a well organised worker, you will also assist the Senior HRBP to manage HR matters as they arise.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Qualifications in Personal Injury Management or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience working in a comparable Return to Work role or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of ER and IR related matters
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
