Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to provide technical support and services to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues via phone, email, and in-person visits.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality technical assistance, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person visits
* Deliver high-quality technical assistance and ensure seamless integration of our solutions
* Provide exceptional customer experiences and work closely with cross-functional teams
* Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve processes


Required Skills & Qualifications

* 1-2 years experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
* Microsoft 365 Certification (MS-900 minimum)
* Diploma or Certificate III/IV in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration, Active Directory, DNS, email migration tools, Microsoft Teams Voice, and 3CX
* Backup software solutions, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems
* Basic hardware repairs and troubleshooting, basic network administration, and macOS support and troubleshooting
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
