An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Zarraffa's Head Office Operations team We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional with a background in Café Management, Training Management, or similar QSR operational roles. About the role:
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, as Operations Support, you will be a key member of the Operations team and work to support Franchisees, Area Managers and Store Managers in driving growth of their store/s through specialised and targeted training and support.
Key Duties:
Provide initial and ongoing instore training demonstrating exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
Support Franchisees, Area Managers and Store Managers in the growth of their stores through specialised training and support
Take charge of coordinating new store openings and managing the resale process for existing locations.
Execute and report on store visits according to brand standards
Assist with the rollout of company projects, campaigns and brand promotions
Interstate and regional travel for the role is required
Demonstrate exceptional customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Passionate about the brand and brand initiatives
Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational workflows is advantageous.
