What You'll Be Doing
As Practice Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the clinic's success, overseeing daily operations while identifying opportunities to grow and improve.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy, well‐established clinic
* Coaching and supporting team members to build capability, improve performance, and foster a positive, high‐performing workplace culture
* Supporting and coordinating with doctors to ensure smooth clinical workflows
* Managing budgets, accounts, IT systems, and overall business performance
* Leading, mentoring, and developing administration and nursing teams
* Delivering an exceptional patient experience through strong communication and service
* Driving business development initiatives, with a focus on Occupational Health services
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines operational expertise with strong leadership and a genuine passion for healthcare.
You'll ideally have:
* Previous experience in a Practice Manager or similar role within healthcare (General Practice or Occupational Health highly regarded)
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Confidence managing financials, systems, and clinic operations
* Solid computer skills and adaptability with medical software (training provided if needed)
* A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
