We're on the hunt for a driven and guest-focused Contact Centre Sales Agent to join our team in our Bondi Junction office.

What You'll Be Doing 
Convert interest into bookings: Handle inbound phone, email, and web enquiries and turn them into confirmed travel reservations 
Sell with confidence: Recommend and upsell our full range of travel products, including Guided Holidays, Inspiring Journeys, Short Breaks, and Day Tours 
Deliver full-service experiences: Offer guests end-to-end travel solutions, from accommodation and insurance to flights and rail 
Be the voice of AAT Kings: Build rapport and trust with every guest you speak to 
Own your performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets 
Keep it organised: Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and booking platforms to manage guest details and track leads 
About You 
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and a track record of meeting KPIs 
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with robust follow-up skills 
Guest-focused, confident and driven by results 
Familiarity with Australian and New Zealand destinations 
Available to work a 5-day rotating roster, including Saturdays
