The Corporate Services team provides specialist support and project management to clients undertaking corporate activities including various forms of capital raisings, corporate restructuring, takeovers, company meetings and other important transactions.
**A role you will love**
The Corporate Services Representative proactively supports the project, provides advice, resolves issues, and supports the Project Manager and Relationship Managers and is responsible for the overall management of the project and liaison with external stakeholders as well as general administrative tasks.
**Some of your key responsibilities may include**:
- Reconciliation of data
- Participation in project meeting plans to prepare scoping documents and project requirements
- Co-ordination of client corporate actions, including daily reporting
- Management of outbound mailings for client company meetings and corporate actions with both internal and external service providers and stakeholders
- Management of inbound Shareholder Meetings and attending client company shareholder meetings
- Investigate any discrepancies and/or errors
**What will you bring to the role?**
We are looking for a strong customer service experience who has Corporate Action and Financial Market experience.
**Other key skills required for the role include**:
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to manage a challenging workload and to prioritise accordingly
- Project coordination experience (either formally or informally)
- Excellent relationship building capabilities
- Proven ability to work well within a team
- An attention to detail that provides high quality output
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to learn new IT systems and platforms quickly
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proven planning and organisational skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced and changing environment
