Job Overview:
Village Operations Manager
* Manage the day-to-day activities of a mining village in Western Australia.
* Lead and supervise staff to ensure operational efficiency, safety standards, and compliance with regulations.
* Maintain accurate records, including inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Implement effective budget oversight, asset maintenance, and risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Current WA Class C Driver's Licence (essential).
* Recent National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months).
* Proven experience in managing remote or mining environments.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and audit readiness.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
