As a New Car Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing a superior client experience and driving sales growth for our Luxury automotive brand. This full-time role is based in our Modern showroom in Artarmon, where you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base and showcase our industry-leading vehicles.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and matching them with the perfect vehicle from our extensive range
- Deliver exceptional sales service, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable client experience
- Maintain expert product knowledge to provide accurate and detailed information to clients
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the overall success of the team with a solutions based mindset
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a luxury sales or client-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Thorough understanding of the automotive market, including product features, pricing, and industry trends
- Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in using sales and client relationship management (CRM) software
- Robust negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
