You will have the opportunity to work as a member of the Maternal Child and Family Outreach Service, with integration into the Cairns-based Midwifery Navigation Service at an advanced level with minimal supervision.
You will assist with the delivery of a midwifery-led, family centered model of care that specifically supports women and their families through care coordination, advocacy, and education across the pregnancy continuum, from the antenatal through to the postnatal period and into childhood.
