What’s the role?
Reporting to the Client Project Director, the Client Project Manager (NSW) is responsible for the project management and delivery of integrated partnerships with a high level of complexity of task and stakeholder management.
There is a strong focus on delivering successful results, client partnership renewal and client growth amongst all partnerships under the Client Project Managers remit, with efficiency and simplicity in process, communications and deliverables, all core to the Client Project Managers day to day.
Drive the project management and delivery of integrated marketing partnerships with highly complex tasks and stakeholder management to foster growth.
About the role:
1. Fixed-term opportunity: 10-month contract covering maternity leave.
2. No two days are the same - managing multiple campaigns at any one time with a focus on growth, results and retention
3. Manage multi-layered, integrated content campaigns with complexity and high level stakeholder communications
4. Execute successful integrated client campaigns, delivering exceptional outcomes to meet objectives, resulting in and motivating renewal and business growth
5. Collaborate with multiple internal business functions to manage campaign delivery
6. Highly collaborative team where problem solving is at the heart of the role
7. Contribute to building and delivering the Newsamp position and client value proposition in the market
Who are you?
8. Experience working in a sales, media, product or integration team within media, advertising, marketing, events or publishing industries.
9. Experience in managing integrated campaigns and leading the end to end output of client campaigns.
10. Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns, whilst maintaining strong and positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
11. Experience working across multiple platforms and a comprehensive understanding of the different types of creative, content and output that can be delivered.
12. Ability to tackle obstacles and find the appropriate solution that addresses or resolves the problem.
13. Sound knowledge of advertising and media, integrated marketing, content and data.
14. An eye for detail and an acumen for numbers with strong presentation and communication skills.
15. Ability to build very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting partnerships
16. A results-oriented problem solver and a business-builder with a customer-first mindset.
17. Highly organised and collaborative; efficiently manages responsibilities.
18. Upbeat, can-do attitude; calm under pressure and negotiates respectfully.
