Your new role
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll provide leadership support to the Sales Manager in the daily operations of the used car sales team, stepping up as the acting leader during absences. This will give you the unique opportunity to utilise your own sales expertise to achieve individual targets, whilst supporting the team towards success in both performance and culture.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting with day to day leadership of the team
* Promoting a positive culture and leading by example
* Supporting staff where required with queries and sign-offs
* Building sales pipelines to achieve individual targets
* Providing excellence in customer service
About you
Your success in this role with be enabled by a unique combination of both sales expertise (automotive preferred) and leadership skills, coupled with:
* A keen drive and enthusiasm in a busy sales department
* Professional approach and presentation in a customer service environment
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Computer savviness and an ability to use Microsoft products, CRM platforms
* Possession of a current valid driver's license is required
