As Assistant Store Manager, you will have a pivotal role in the success of retail stores. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager and back-of-house team to oversee daily operations, educate customers on products, and build genuine relationships.


Primary Responsibilities:

* Manage store operations, including loss prevention, stocktake, and inventory levels
* Train and onboard new team members effectively
* Maintain occupational health and safety protocols to foster a safe culture


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous retail management experience (2-3 years)
* Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
* Able to guide customers through product ranges and brands
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
