Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join the team. In this role, you will be working on a 2 and 1 FIFO roster at an underground mine site. Flights, accommodation and meal allowances will be provided.
In This Role, You Will
* Undertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed by the Superintendent.
* Lead a team of leading hands and electricians.
* Lead by example for all safety on site.
* Report task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when required.
* Maintain records of work‐in‐progress and communications in line with the project management methodology.
* Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
About You
* Have a great attitude.
* Enjoy problem solving.
* Excellent leadership in safety.
* Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role.
* Previous underground mining experience.
* Mining Supervisor (G1, G8, G9) desirable but not essential.
* Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams, Excel.
* Experience in the use and interpretation of project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
* Quality management experience.
* Budget management experience.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Trade certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
* SA electrical license.
* High‐risk work license (with WP class) desirable, but not essential.
* Working at heights (completed in the last 16 months) desirable, but not essential.
* Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months).
* Current unrestricted C class driver's license.
* White / blue construction card.
