Key Responsibilities
1. End to End Marketing Campaign planning, execution & performance evaluation
2. Media planning, optimization, execution & evaluation
3. Foster & maintain media & influencer relations
4. Manage social media across all channels
5. Public relations
6. Marketing Ops/Budget Management – Ensure efficient & effective planning & utilization of quarterly budgets, compliant usage of alliance funds, timely POE submission resulting in 100% alliance claims etc
7. Regular interlocks with stakeholders eg. 4P, Segment leads, CGMs, HQ etc
8. Event planning & execution eg. Kickoffs, product launches, media briefings etc
Specification & Requirement
9. 11+ years of recent/current marketing experience in IT hardware is a must
10. Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and collaborating across various functions finance, HQ, product etc
11. Possesses good time management, organizational and problem-solving skills (solutions mindset) & able to multi-task
12. Able to quickly pivot marketing plans to support business needs while maintaining marketing strategic intent
13. Reliable and highly-motivated self-starter
14. Positive thinking and team player is a must
