Job Summary
This is an opportunity to work as a qualified Psychologist in a multidisciplinary setting where you can make a difference in the lives of young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions and participate in collaboration with other professionals.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored programs for each client's unique needs.
* Provide treatment and counseling services to clients, including diagnostic assessments and risk assessments.
* Communicate effectively with other professionals to ensure transparent program initiatives.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics and guidelines.
Requirements
* A comprehensive understanding of mental health issues impacting individuals with ASD diagnosis and/or ID/Cognitive Impairment.
* Demonstrated skill in working as part of a multidisciplinary team with a sound understanding of your role as Psychologist delivering services to young people and their families.
* Experience or interest in providing clinical, evidence-based assessment and interventions with young people and their families presenting with mild to moderate mental health conditions or complex presentations related to cognitive impairment/suspected cognitive impairment.
