The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Emerald. You'll play a critical role in the following duties that can include but not limited to:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers
* Liaise with both customers and the workshop to ensure parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they're requesting parts for
* Ensuring accuracy in orders and parts inventory management
* Source required parts and arrange dispatch
* Process payments and prepare invoices
* Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
* Pick, pack and dispatch stock based on invoices
* Input parts data into computer systems
* Inspect incoming stock for damage and check stock against paperwork
About you:
* Knowledge and a genuine interest in truck parts
* An unwavering passion for sales growth
* Value creating a strong customer experience focus
* Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Shown capability to work in a team environment & unsupervised
* Previous warehousing experience (desirable)
* Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)
* Truck mechanics looking to move into parts
* Car, agricultural, machinery and other parts experts looking to move into the industry
Qualifications and Skills:
* Forklift licence (desirable)
* Certificate III in Automotive Sales (preferred)
