About The Role

An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury.

This is a permanent full-time position.

The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity for an Analyst has become available within the Financial & Analysis team within the National Finance & Administration department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time position.

The FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. They provide insights and recommendations that help drive efficiency and profitability.

What does the role look like?


* Conduct period-end activities
* Prepare financial forecasting, including the provision of insights, trends and key drivers to enhance business performance
* Partner with stakeholders to provide financial support on business strategy and annual budgets for the business
* Report and analyse actuals against budgets and forecasts, providing in-depth insights into performance
* Liaise with international finance teams to support with global financial objectives of the business
* Provide support in process improvement projects

What do we need from you

What do we need from you?
* Degree and CA/CPA qualified desirable (or working towards)
* Commerce/Accounting/Business or related Degree
* Strong analytical capabilities and proficient in utilising various reporting tools to analyse data - such as Excel & Tableau
* Proven organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various levels of the business
* Previous FP&A and commercial analysis experience highly regarded

Remuneration
* Transparent tiered salary range of $139,200 - $158,800 including Superannuation.
