Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist in the Livestock sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier administrative support, including accounts payable, expenses, banking, stock control, ordering, and receipting for sales operations.
* Manage livestock sales, encompassing commercial, stud auctions, horse sales, and supporting feedlot and livestock input business initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, including reconciliation and debt collection activities.
* Assist customers with pricing and product queries, ensuring seamless customer experience.
* Process counter sales and maintain a smooth-running sales environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in a busy administration role.
* Passion for Australian farming and agriculture sectors.
* Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
* Problem-solving skills with empathy and initiative.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
