Location: Woodridge, QLD. Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Position (45 hours fortnight | every Monday, Thursday & Friday). Remuneration: $31.43 + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits.

More Than Just Cooking
* Prepare and present varied, nourishing, and appetizing meals that align with dietary needs and preferences.
* Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment, maintaining hygiene and compliance standards.
* Collaborate with catering staff, residents, and care teams to enhance meal services.
* Lead and support kitchen staff, fostering a high-performance and team-driven culture.
* Manage kitchen finances, including menu planning, budgeting, and stock control.
* Evaluate and improve catering services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
* A relevant trade qualification (Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
* Experience working in a commercial kitchen, ideally in Aged Care or large-scale catering.
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and guide staff.
* Knowledge of safe food handling practices and WHS compliance.
* A valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
* Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
