What You'll Do:
As an Enrolled Nurse at Corangamarah, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalised, resident-centered care that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of our elderly residents. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
* Collaborating with the clinical team to assess and monitor residents' health conditions.
* Assisting with daily activities and personal care, ensuring dignity and respect for all residents.
* Offering emotional support to residents and their families, fostering a caring, trusting relationship.
* Contributing to the development and review of care plans and documentation.
About You:
We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing exceptional care in a welcoming, respectful environment.
Ideally, you will have:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse.
* Experience in aged care or a passion for working with elderly individuals.
* A strong commitment to resident-centered care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—building rapport with residents, families, and colleagues alike.
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
