Guest Experience Officer Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting aquatic and leisure activities to the community, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Achieve daily sales targets and provide top-notch guest experiences in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
* Provide relevant information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries according to established processes and systems
* Conduct centre tours with the goal of converting prospective members into ongoing subscribers
* Process memberships and data entry in line with company policies
* Maintain a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activities
* Apply sound cash handling principles and use Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively
* Demonstrate behaviours that align with the Belgravia Leisure C.L.E.A.R Values
The successful applicant will be available to work across a range of hours across the week, including weekend shifts.
