About the Role:
Echuca Regional Health is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join our Aged Care team at Glanville Village. In this leadership role, you'll support nursing staff, provide expert clinical oversight and work collaboratively with medical teams to ensure exceptional patient care and smooth patient flow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and supervise staff each shift, setting priorities based on workload and clinical expertise
* Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and ensure smooth patient management and discharge processes
* Manage delegated clinical or management portfolios and deputise for the Nurse Unit Manager when required
* Act as a role model, upholding organisational values and promoting evidence-based practice
* Actively participate in mandatory meetings as required and requested
* Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice
Qualifications/experience required:
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical nursing
* Completion or working towards post graduate qualification in a related field or equivalent
