With a large employee workforce and additional contingent workforce across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety that comes with a true generalist HR role.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Performance management
- Payroll, employment documentation, and HR systems (ELMO)
- Case management and HR advisory support
- Work Health & Safety (WHS) compliance
- HR reporting and data analysis
In addition to supporting strategic HR projects and cultural initiatives, you\'ll be the go-to person for managers and staff, building trusted relationships and delivering timely, practical HR support across the business.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a HR generalist or advisory role
- Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and WHS practices
- Strong understanding of HR operations and HRIS systems
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for people and process improvement.
