About The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of the Plastics production processes, including:
* Operating modern automated plastics extrusion, conversion and recycling machinery
* Manufacturing finished goods including plastic bags and stretch film
* Carrying out basic maintenance on machines
* Completing process control documentation accurately and diligently
This role operates on a rotating 4‐on / 4‐off roster with 12‐hour shifts:
* Day shift: 5:45 am – 5:45 pm
* Night shift: 5:45 pm – 5:45 am
About You
We welcome applicants who are new to plastics manufacturing but have an interest in machine operation and a willingness to learn.
The Successful Applicant Will Ideally Have
* A can-do attitude and be a great team player
* Effective problem‐solving skills
* A strong mechanical aptitude, safety and quality‐focus
* A high attention to detail
* Experience in plastics, blown film or HACCP is welcome but not required.
