We're seeking experienced Commercial Fit-Out Site Managers to join our team on a contract basis. With a strong pipeline of projects, we have day and night shifts available across a variety of commercial fit-out and refurbishment works.
As a site manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
* Effectively coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades.
* Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on-site
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence
* Trade-qualified background
* Proven experience in commercial construction and refurbishment
* Strong ability to coordinate and manage onsite trades
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
* Contract lengths will vary depending on project scope
