As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining technological stability and mitigating financial risk for our clients across their Bloomberg solutions and workflows.
You will work closely with engineers, solutions architects and product development to uncover opportunities, manage production releases and position enhancements.
We'll trust you to:
* Analyze and troubleshoot issues for our global client's production environments
* Prevent production incidents and outages by partnering with Engineering and Product teams
* Partner with Account Management in electronic trading and regulatory businesses
* Ensure a smooth life-cycle experience for clients moving from project implementation to production support
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues for production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent production incidents and ensure high uptime
• Work closely with account management to provide exceptional client service
Requirements
We are looking for someone with minimum 3 years of working experience in a client-facing role supporting financial markets trading/connectivity solutions.
Demonstrated experience in FIX, Middleware, TCPIP, SFTP, Web APIs, Unix/Linux, Scripting, Data Transformation and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
