We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant in our Transaction Diligence team.
Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will be working on high-profile deals, analysing financial and operational results of targets, and identifying key value drivers. You will work closely with colleagues from other disciplines on multi-faceted projects in cross-border environments.
* Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
* Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
* Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuring.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
* Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
* Strong Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis.
