Procurement Leadership Role
We seek a seasoned procurement professional to lead our inventory management and supply chain functions across multiple sites.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight of daily purchasing and procurement activities across all locations
* Maintenance of optimal stock levels through effective inventory control
* Analysis of inventory data to inform strategic decision-making
* Negotiation of supplier agreements and pricing structures for best value
* Ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to budget while maintaining stock integrity

To succeed in this role, you must possess a unique blend of skills and experience that drive effective procurement and inventory management. Success hinges on navigating complex supplier relationships and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key requirements include:
* Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management to oversee day-to-day operations
* Strong financial skills for effective management of budgets, pricing, and supplier contracts
* Excellent negotiation skills to leverage supplier agreements and maximize rebate structures
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities to monitor stock levels and inform strategic decisions
* Proficiency in stock management systems, preferably Revel or similar, alongside excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
