We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Concrete Mixer Operator.
This multifaceted role combines batching and plant operations with driving and delivery responsibilities, requiring a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Batching & Plant Operations:
o Operate the batch plant efficiently and effectively
o Assist in material handling using a front-end loader (training provided if required)
o Monitor product quality and help manage raw materials
o Perform routine maintenance and contribute to plant housekeeping and safety initiatives
* Driving & Delivery:
o Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver products to customers
o Complete a structured training program covering safe operation, slump testing, and efficient delivery practices
o Deliver high-quality products to local construction sites with a customer-centric approach
o Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily pre-start checks
o Represent the organization professionally at all times on the road and on-site
