About the Role
The patient safety team leads best practices in clinical incident management, adopting a Safety II approach that focuses on continuous learning and improvement.
* Develop and implement systems to identify and resolve issues, using a quality improvement approach where appropriate. Escalate potential risks to a supervisor as needed.
* Analyse complex data to inform reports and recommendations for the patient safety team.
