Project Duration: 3-4 months with possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $30 – $35 per hour + super

Day/Time: Monday/Friday – 9 am to 5 pm
Job Description
* Level – 1 onsite IT support.
* Traveling to customer locations to provide on-site support.
* Installing, configuring, and supporting laptops, PCs.
* Intune enrollments for given laptops, PCs.
* Deploy SOE images to existing or new hardware.
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to the SOE and deployed applications.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the SOE.
* Work with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows).
o Experience with SOE imaging tools and technologies.
o Familiarity with application packaging and deployment methods.
o Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong organizational skills.
* Experience:
o Relevant experience in IT, desktop support, or SOE engineering.
Candidates with valid driving license and full-time work rights will be an advantage.
