Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor at Oaks Cairns Hotel on a full-time basis.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a dynamic team, with excellent benefits.
About the Role:
Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
Serve as a role model, sharing expertise and motivating the team to achieve high service standards.
Oversee daily tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and promptly.
Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out experiences.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Hourly Rates (excluding super):
Monday - Friday: $36.09 per hour
Saturday: $36.09 per hour
Sunday: $43.31 per hour
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following:
Proven supervisory experience in an office environment with strong leadership skills.
Extensive hospitality industry background, preferably in hotels or resorts, with a good understanding of guest service standards and operations.
Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining professionalism even under pressure.
Strong time management skills for prioritizing and completing tasks efficiently.
Impeccable professional presentation aligning with organizational standards.
Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying schedules as needed.
