Yardperson / Offsider (Casual, with potential for full-time)
Location: Picton East, WA
Australind Water Boring and Civil is seeking a reliable and motivated Yardperson / Offsider to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can operate independently, and is interested in supporting drilling and civil operations.
What You'll Do
* Assist drillers with day-to-day tasks and site setup
* Carry out yard duties including loading/unloading equipment and general maintenance
* Safely operate vehicles, tools, and machinery as required
* Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
* Work autonomously while supporting the broader team as needed
What We're Looking For
* Current driver's licence (essential)
* Forklift ticket (desirable)
* Strong initiative with the ability to work independently
* Physically fit and able to handle outdoor, hands-on work
* Safety-focused and reliable with a good work ethic
* Willingness to learn and grow with the business
