* A deep understanding of the challenges faced by Participants with complex barriers, and the ability to deliver tailored, person-centered support.
* A natural ability to mentor and guide others, with experience supporting new staff and contributing to team development.
* Confidence in implementing innovative case management strategies and employment-focused programs that lead to outcomes
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with Participants, colleagues, and community stakeholders.
* A mature, proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, Disability Services or similar, or a willingness to complete a formal qualification, fully supported by Status, as part of your employment journey with us
What you will bring:
* Proven frontline experience and a readiness to take the next step in your career.
* A passion for helping people overcome barriers and achieve employment goals.
* The ability to support site performance through mentoring, program delivery, and collaborative practice.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
