The Occupational Therapy Service
Our Occupational Therapy Service operates across The Alfred, Caulfield and Sandringham Hospitals, with clinical services aligned to Alfred Health's strategic goals and operational performance targets.
Clinical Service Provision
Our service provision is focused on inpatient acute, rehabilitation and aged care streams, for diverse patient populations including emergency, general medicine, surgical, orthopaedic, neurological, trauma, spinal, amputee and burns/plastics specialty units.
About the Role
We currently have two exciting opportunities for experienced Grade 1 Occupational Therapists to become a valued member of our welcoming and supportive team at Alfred Health.
Key Responsibilities
* Provision of Occupational Therapy Services within a designated clinical caseload
* Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to patients

Requirements
We require:
* Grade 1 classification
* B. App Sc (OT), B. Occupational Therapy, MOT prac or recognised equivalent
* Full Registration held with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (via AHPRA)
* Member of OT Australia (or eligibility for membership)
* Core clinical Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention skills
* Effective interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work well within a team environment and relate to medical, nursing and allied health staff, patients and families
