Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
* At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker, providing hands-on care and support.
* A reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance, along with a valid Australian Drivers License (minimum P2).
* Current NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification, and CPR training.
* A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest best practices and industry standards.
