We're on the hunt for a skilled Sous Chef to join our vibrant team in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula! Think stunning ocean views, fresh local produce, and a relaxed vibe. 
About the role: 
As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our team to deliver top-notch dishes, manage kitchen operations, and mentor junior staff. Your tasks will include: 
Preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standard 
Assisting with menu development and inventory management 
Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen setting 
Leading and developing our kitchen team 
What we're looking for: 
2+ years of commercial cafe kitchen experience, preferably in a similar role 
Proven cooking skills and knowledge of menu planning and costing 
Leadership and team management experience 
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
