Clinical Nurse Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our mental health inpatient unit team at Bega.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with mental health experience to work in a critical care environment, providing specialist nursing care to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises.
As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Providing advanced practice nursing care to patients with complex mental health needs.
* Leveraging your expertise to provide clinical leadership and support to less experienced clinicians.
* Demonstrating competencies in complex mental health care and exercising autonomy in clinical decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with relevant post-registration qualifications and a minimum of three years' experience working in mental health.

Selection Criteria:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Relevant post-registration qualifications in Mental Health.
* Minimum three years' experience working in mental health.
