We are seeking a well presented, motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our team at Haynes Robinson in Albany, WA.
This is a full time position with some flexibility that will support our growing operations through a variety of administrative and clerical duties.

What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules
Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Sending accounts and maintaining debtors
Progressing to performing supervised paralegal work (wills drafting, conveyancing, deceased estate administration)
What we're looking for
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
