They are now seeking a commercially minded, hands-on leader to drive the continued success of their insurance division with the advantage of a locked-in client base and the opportunity to expand nationally.
About the Role
This is a diverse, senior-level position where you will manage the full scope of insurance services for the group by protecting franchisees against financial loss, ensuring compliance, optimising costs, and delivering first-class service. You will also be at the forefront of growing the business into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the brokerage operations
* Oversee stakeholder relationships across the franchise network
* Ensure compliance with AFSL, ASIC, and industry regulations
* Manage renewals, claims, quotations, and financial reconciliation
* Monitor lapsed insurance policies and dishonoured loans, taking proactive action
* Drive profitability and identify new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or Diploma in Insurance Broking
* Proven leadership experience in a brokerage or insurance setting (min 5 years)
* Strong insurance sales/account management skills
* Solid understanding of compliance and industry regulations
* Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset for growth
* In-depth knowledge of insurance products and market trends
