Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation that has supported the Broome community for over 40 years. Based in Broome, Western Australia, BRAMS delivers holistic and culturally safe primary health care, aged care, disability, and community services to Aboriginal people across the Kimberley.

As an approved aged care provider, BRAMS delivers services under the Support at Home Program, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and the Transition Care Programme (TCP). These services support older people to remain living safely and independently at home.

What You Will Be Doing
* Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage based on client needs and service requirements
* Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate staff availability, leave requests, and changes in client care needs or cancellations
* Communicate with Support Workers to confirm availability and encourage positive working relationships
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely communication of changes to both Support Workers and Clients
* Work closely with Support Coordinators and Care Coordinators to align rosters with client needs and preferences
* Ensure rosters comply with individual care plans, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies
* Maintain compliance with legislation, policies, and standards in all rostering practices
* Audit scheduling processes regularly to ensure efficiency and uphold quality of care
* Identify and implement improvements in rostering and scheduling practices
* Generate reports on staffing levels and service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Submit feedback through LOGIQC

This role focuses on ensuring safe, effective, and client-centered service delivery across BRAMS' aged care and community programs.

* Experience in rostering, workforce coordination, or service delivery management
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external stakeholders
* Problem-solving mindset and personal accountability for outcomes
* Knowledge of aged care, CHSP, Support at Home, or Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services highly regarded
* Commitment to culturally safe practice when working with Aboriginal communities
