Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Solutions Marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across designated business and regional marketing functions, to maximise solutions marketing performance.
The primary objective is to drive go-to-market activities for our Resmed solutions roadmap across provider and consumer channels in designated markets.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Support the APAC Solutions Marketing Lead in adapting global/regional product innovation pipelines for launch in designated markets.
2. Translate product marketing 'pack' from regional/global product teams into in-market GTM and lifecycle plans.
3. Foster strong working collaborations with Consumer Health and Provider Product Marketing teams.
4. Partner with Commercial Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams to drive last-mile marketing activities.
5. Serve as a solutions partner to marketing and revenue teams in designated markets.
6. Partner with sales and finance leads to analyse portfolio performance and maintain pricing and promotions discipline.
7. Support in shaping evergreen portfolio marketing campaigns for designated markets.
8. Work alongside commercial marketing teams to optimise provider channel customer experiences.
9. Be the designated market's portfolio subject matter expert, supporting reactive sales teams and customer enquiries.
10. Act as the designated market's representative in managing product lifecycle issues.
Requirements
* Expert collaborator, fostering strong partnerships with commercial and consumer marketing teams and sales leaders.
* Solutions Marketing Expertise – Develop and drive the go-to-market approach for our solutions roadmap.
* Market and Channel Insights – Ability to identify market and channel needs and be the voice of the market to our innovation roadmap.
* Program and Cross-Functional Leader – Work effectively within and lead cross-functional teams to drive solutions go-to-market activities.
* Analytical – Build deep insights into our solutions portfolio mix in the market.
* Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience in healthcare or digital healthcare.
* Medical devices and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
* Project and product management experience from product lifecycle launch to delivery and post-launch.
* Quick to grasp an understanding of relevant market demands and their impact on the portfolio.
* Self-starter, able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
