Grow your career by supporting real progress
Right now we're seeking a Program Manager who will continue to play their part in caring for the lives of everyone on Victoria's roads. Someone committed to supporting the progress of our clients and your colleagues so they can achieve great things. That's truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life‑critical services where it matters.
About the role
The Program Manager – Client Centric Response plays a critical role in leading a high‑impact transformation program that improves client outcomes while addressing inefficiencies across claims pathways, resolution processes, payment and onboarding systems. The programme is designed to tackle challenges such as inefficient client segmentation, prolonged journeys, rising costs and operational re‑work. Through modernising processes, systems and ways of working the programme aims to deliver more efficient client‑centred outcomes while improving satisfaction and long‑term sustainability.
In this role you will be responsible for planning, directing and governing a complex programme of work spanning people, process, technology and data. You will work closely with senior leaders and project teams to ensure delivery is aligned to strategic priorities, delivered within budget and schedule and achieves measurable sustainable outcomes.
About the Team
Reporting to the Program Director – Service Design, this role sits within the Enterprise Transformation division. The team operates in a highly collaborative and outcomes‑driven environment underpinned by trust, autonomy and shared accountability. Leaders are encouraged to take ownership of their delivery space while partnering closely across the organisation to achieve sustainable enterprise‑wide change. You will lead three Project Managers.
What we're looking for
Experienced Program Leader
You bring proven experience leading complex programmes of work within large or regulated organisations, managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering outcomes across the full project lifecycle. You are confident governing interdependencies, managing risk, budgets and ensuring delivery meets time, cost and quality expectations.
Digital & Transformation Mindset
You take a digital‑first approach to delivery and are comfortable working across Agile, hybrid and traditional methodologies. You actively look for ways to modernise ways of working, apply Lean principles and drive continuous improvement across people, process and technology.
Collaborative & People‑Focused Partner
You build strong trusted relationships with Programme Sponsors, senior leaders and delivery teams, aligning priorities and navigating complexity with clarity and confidence. You create a culture of high performance and accountability, bring people on the journey through change and role‑model a human‑centred approach to transformation.
