Personal Care Worker
This role involves delivering person-centred care to support older Victorians live their best lives.
* Assist residents with daily activities according to their needs and choices
* Observe and report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse on shift
* Plan and support residents with social and lifestyle activities within the home
* Document information including all required charting and progress notes
* Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A genuine passion for caring and ability to build rapport with clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Respect for all, regardless of background, gender, age, religion, race, or sexual orientation
* Completed or currently studying a Cert III or higher in Individual Support or a related qualification
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check
