Our client is a residential custom and luxury home builder delivering high‐end builds across Brisbane, with a strong pipeline of new projects, renovations and extensions.
The Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join a growing team. You'll play a key role on‐site, working closely with team members to ensure top‐quality finishes, keep trades accountable, and drive daily site progress across custom builds.
What You'll Do
* Hands‐on carpentry across all stages – framing, lock‐up and finish
* Read and interpret plans and custom detailing
* Experience in pre‐site demolition and set‐ups desirable
* Work individually when required
* Maintain site cleanliness, safety and build quality
* Adapt to working in a team and on your own at times
What You'll Need
* Cert III in Carpentry
* Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
* Strong attitude towards your work
* White Card, own tools and reliable transport
* Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
* Confidence speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
