About the Role
* The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations and compliance, and HR operations.
This role requires a high level of expertise and experience in human resources management, with a strong focus on strategic planning, leadership, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, and blue-collar positions.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
* Enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
* Leverage recruitment platforms to identify and engage suitable candidates.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance:
* Provide guidance on employee relations matters and manage performance improvement plans.
* Lead and support EBA negotiations.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with labour laws and regulations.
* Conduct audits on workplace safety and risk mitigation measures.
3. HR Operations:
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and HR records management.
* Administer payroll, benefits, and time and attendance systems.
* Ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
* Streamline local HR operational processes to improve efficiency.
4. Training & Talent Development (As Needed):
* Support implementation of training programs.
* Contribute to talent development initiatives.
