As our Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand in the kitchen, stepping up as a leader and mentor while keeping service sharp, smooth, and consistent. You'll balance teaching and supervising junior chefs with ensuring our systems, recipes, and safety standards are all on point.
You'll also take ownership of admin tasks like ordering, stock control, and rostering — bringing the same level of responsibility and honesty you show on the pass. When service demands it, you'll be on the pans, leading by example.
